This is not a religious program but it does, from time to time, refer to spiritual ideas that are nondenominational. For the record, Lisa does believe in a Creator. Anyone who has strong religious beliefs and who is not open to spiritual ideas vs religious ideas is probably not a great fit for this program.
What you can realistically expect is a structured opportunity to learn, observe, and practice relating to your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with greater awareness. This program is an educational method—not a promise of results—and its value depends on your willingness to engage, reflect, and apply what is offered over time. Meditation has proven to help with depression, anxiety and rumination. When you commit to a meditation practice, you are increasing your chances of success exponentially! We suggest listening to the meditation included in this class twice a day, once in the morning when you wake up and once before you go to sleep.
